SmarterStats is is a Web log analytics tool that cost-effectively delivers accurate and detailed website statistics for sites on Windows and Linux Web servers. Use the Getting Started section of the SmarterStats Online Help as a quick resource to help you set up the application.
In addition, SmarterTools offers a series of videos for SmarterStats that provide insights and overviews of some of the wide array of features that are available within the product.

SmarterStats is an easy-to-use web log analyzer that helps you in tracking your website statistics and to improve your website’s performance. SmarterStats will help you to understand the behavior of your website’s visitors. The program is capable of delivering detailed, accurate and relevant statistics for thousands of websites. It provides you with a wide range of reports about visitor’s navigation, entry/exit pages, sites/urls/links that refer web traffic to you, monthly/weekly/daily/hourly traffic, search queries, geographical analysis, search engine spiders, user browsers and operating systems, web server errors and much more. One of the coolest features of SmarterStats is that it allows you to generate custom data-mining reports according to your parameters.
SmarterStats is a web-based tool which includes a basic web server which makes it operational even when you are not having any web server. It provides support for multiple log file types like IIS, Apache etc. on Windows and Linux operating systems.
This software is free to try. The free version of SmarterStats provides you with all the interface functionality and enables you to track statistics for a single website. You can buy the tool if you want to track statistics of more than one website. |

What's new in version 6.4
- New definitions to improve spider and bot detection
- Geographic databases updated for better location resolution.
- Report items in the custom report editor are now sorted alphabetically.
- Scheduled email reports now send after 4:00 AM in the timezone set for the website to accommodate higher-workload servers. |
